Kinoulton is a small sought after rural village located 10 miles southeast of Nottingham in the picturesque Vale of Belvoir with Grantham canal running through the village. Amenities in the village include a local pub, village hall, post office, church and primary school.
The location could not be better being only a couple of minutes from the A46 & A52 which provide access to Nottingham, Leicester and Newark. For those requiring national access the A1 and M1 are within half an hour's drive as is East Midlands International Airport. There is a regular bus service into the nearby villages.
Kinoulton is surrounded by rolling countryside and enjoys a thriving village community, with a popular Primary School, local pub (The Nevile Arms), Cricket Club and a village hall providing many group meetings throughout the week covering a vast range of interests including the Allotment Society, Gardening club and Baby & Toddler groups. The village is set amongst rolling Nottinghamshire countryside and on a clear day, the outline of Belvoir Castle is visible on the horizon.
