We generally request that a buyer should have a mortgage survey booked within two weeks of a sale being agreed. We have tremendous knowledge of the local property market and will use this to assist in providing the relevant comparable properties to the buyer's surveyor. Should any issues be raised, we will organise for the suitable reports or quotations to be carried out to satisfy the buyer and their mortgage company.
