Our Tenant Finding service is primarily suitable for more experienced landlords who live locally and who are happy to manage the property and Tenants day to day. We do everything up to the point the Tenants move in, but you are then responsible for collecting the rent, registering the deposit with a nominated scheme and concluding at the end of the tenancy, managing the property and resolving any legal, rent or other issues. 60% of the first months rent incl vat (50% plus vat) subject to a minimum fee of £474 incl vat (£395 plus vat)
